Returns & Cancellations

Thank you for shopping with Martina Henry. I want you to feel completely cared for — both with the products you receive from the shop and the time you book with me in person or online. Please take a moment to read the policy below before placing an order or booking a session.

Returns & exchanges on physical products

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on physical items from the online shop.

  • Contact me within 14 days of delivery to start a return or exchange.
  • Post the item back within 30 days of delivery.

If anything arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please get in touch as soon as you can — we’ll find a solution together.

Cancellations

I don’t accept cancellations on shop orders once they’ve been placed and dispatched. If you’ve changed your mind, please contact me before your order is sent and I’ll do what I can to help.

Items that can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of the following items, I’m unable to accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (such as food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads, readings and recorded sessions
  • Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased on sale

Beauty appointments & in-person sessions

For in-person beauty treatments, reiki sessions and intuitive readings booked at the Colchester studio:

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule, so I can offer the slot to someone else.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.
  • I completely understand that emergencies happen — if something has come up, please reach out and we’ll work it out.

Online readings & remote sessions

Once a written reading has been delivered or a video-call session has taken place, I can’t offer a refund. If a session has been paid for but not yet delivered and you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours beforehand.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item isn’t returned in its original condition, you may be responsible for any loss in value. Please pack returns carefully and use a tracked service where possible — once the item arrives back with me in good condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days.
