Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my reading?
Up to 7 days from purchase. Most are ready sooner; Martina won’t rush a reading that needs more time. You’ll receive an email the moment it lands in your account.
Do I need to be in Colchester or Essex?
Not at all. Readings are delivered digitally, so they work the same whether you’re in Colchester, the rest of the UK, or another country entirely. Many of Martina’s regular clients have never met her in person.
What’s the difference between a PDF and a video reading?
