My path into this work began long before I knew what to call it. As a child I was the one drawn to crystals on a windowsill, to the way a kind hand could change a difficult day, to the quiet pull of intuition. As an adult, I trained as a beauty therapist — and discovered that the same gentleness that softens skin can soften something deeper, too.
Over the years I've added to my craft: facials, waxing, lash and brow work, hands-on healing, reiki, tarot and intuitive readings. Each tool sits beside the others rather than competing — they're all ways of saying the same thing. You're allowed to take care of yourself. You're allowed to be looked after.
I work from a private home studio in Colchester, where the door closes on the day outside and we get to focus, completely, on you. For the people I can't see in person, I've created a small online shop of self-care pieces I've personally chosen — so a bit of that calm comes home with you, wherever home is.
