How to use your anxiety soother

When a wave hits, hold one of the stones in your hand and bring your attention to its weight and temperature. Breathe slowly, in and out, six counts each way. As a result, your body has something concrete to focus on, which often helps the spiral pause.

When to reach for it

You do not need a crisis to reach for it. However, many people use the kit in the morning before a difficult day, in the evening to wind down, or whenever a familiar tightness returns to the chest.

Care

Carry the stones with you, and trust them to absorb what they absorb. Consequently, every few weeks, hold them under cool running water for a minute or so to refresh them.
